Utilizing Workfront, Jira, Asana and other internal project management tools, she has orchestrated multiple complex projects, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications with precision. Her ability to anticipate challenges and provide strategic solutions has earned her a reputation for delivering results in high-pressure environments.

As a Certified Adobe Workfront Project Management Professional and Certified Workfront Administrator, MJ has overseen portfolios of 200+ projects spanning print, digital, and event collateral at any given time. She has been instrumental in enhancing process efficiency and compliance, while also serving as a mentor on Workfront best practices for new and existing team members. She has been tasked with building Workfront components from scratch as well as optimize existing Workfront installations for various marketing departments at agencies and corporations.

She has honed her expertise in project coordination and process management, where she has consistently driven operational excellence and client satisfaction through meticulous planning and execution.
